APPLICATION PROCEDURE

arents who are interested can write to the office of the Principal to know about the school and to clarify any

specific needs or doubts through letter, fax / e-mail:  dpirsm@yahoo.co.in

Upon request ,furnished with prescribed fees, Application & Prospectus will be sent by post.

Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained against payment of Rs .500/- by Cash from the School  Office.

It can be obtained by post by paying Rs.600/- through a DD (Inland)/  $ 35 overseas.

 All completed Application forms for admission together with the admission fee Rs. 15,000/-( non-refundable )   

 and other documents / enclosures given below should reach the School Office within 20 Days from the

date of receiving the application or within the stipulated date entered on the money receipt for the application form.

 

Note:  Parents can also reserve the seat in advance by paying Rs.5,000/- which can be adjusted in the fees.

The school fee can be paid in two installments (June and October)                   

The  actuals  for the supply of Uniforms, Books, Stationery  etc. will be deducted from the Stationery Deposit Account.

                                    

                    Enclosures for Admission

1) A recent passport size photograph should be affixed in the box provided in the application form.

2) Three extra passport size photographs should also be enclosed separately.

3) Photo copy of the Original Birth Certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or the Bonafide Transfer Certificate from the School where the Student  is presently studying.

4) In  case of the Guardian signing the Application Form, a Legal Guardianship Affidavit should be submitted.

5) Photo copy of the Mark Sheet of the Annual / First Terminal /Second Terminal Examination should also be submitted.

6) Foreigners, Non-resident Indians and others holding a passport, should submit a photo copy of the passport for verification.

7) Caste Certificate (if claimed)
