APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Interested Parents can write to the office of the Principal to know about the school and to clarify any

specific needs or doubts through letter, fax / e-mail:  dpirsm@yahoo.co.in

                   ¨ Upon request ,accompanied by prescribed fees, Application & Prospectus will be sent by post.

    ¨ Application form and prospectus can be obtained against payment of Rs .250/- by Cash at the school  Office.

                    They can be obtained by post by paying Rs.300/- through a DD (Inland)/  or  $ 25 overseas.

All completed Application forms for admission together with the admission fee Rs. 10,000/-( non-refundable )

and other documents / enclosures given below should reach the School Office within 20 Days from the

date of receiving the application or within the stipulated date entered on the money receipt for the application form.

 

Note:  Parents can also reserve the seat in advance by paying Rs.5,000/- which can be adjusted in the fees.

                   The  actuals  for the supply of uniforms, Books, Stationary, Laundry etc. will be deducted from the stationary Deposit Account.

                   The school may raise the fees and other payments  which shall be intimated to the parents in advance.                      

                    Enclosures

1) A recent passport size photograph should be affixed in the box provided in the application form.

2) Three extra passport size photographs should also be enclosed separately.

3) Photo copy of the Original Birth Certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or the Bonafide Certificate from the School where the ward is presently studying.

4) In the case of Guardian signing the Application Form, a legal guardianship affidavit should be submitted.

5) Photo copy of the Mark Sheet of the Annual / First Terminal /Second Terminal Examination should be submitted.

6) Foreigners, Non-resident Indians and others holding a passport, should submit a photo copy of the passport for verification.
