Patterns of Education
:De Paul follows ICSE and prepares students for ICSE and ISC (+2). It also
prepares students for 2 year PUC of the Karnataka State (English Medium).
The ISC and PUC are courses which also prepares students for the entrance
exams for admission into professional courses.
Besides compulsory English, one of the following languages are to be offered
as per the ICSE syllabus: Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam and French. The other
subjects are History & Civics, Geography,Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology,
Environmental Education and Computer Applications.
PUC (Karnataka State) :
1st Language : English (Compulsory) 2nd
Language : Kannada / Hindi / French.
Optional Subjects : a) Science : PCMB, PCMC
b) Arts : H, G, Ec, PS c) Commerce : Ac, BS, Ec, Comp.
ISC ( of the ICSE Board, New Delhi) :

There are no fixed combinations. One has to take a minimum of any three
subjects and can take a maximum of 4 subjects from the given optional
subjects, but needs to pass only in any three of the optional subjects.
The
FIITJEE will be conducting coaching for the entrance examination for IIT in
the School which makes the ISC and PUC an integrated course on an
optional basis. There shall be a special fee of RS. 75,000/- per year
for those who opt for it.

Co-curricular Activities
Equal
emphasis is laid on co-curricular activities. It is proposed to provide
vocational training on subjects like advanced computer programming, fashion
designing, painting, Music, Dance, Theatre arts , debate and quiz etc.
Excursions are an integral part of the school activities .

Playgrounds
groom children to perfection. There are 18 acres of outdoor courts for
football, hockey, tennis, basketball, volleyball, cricket, badminton, kho
kho, kabadi etc. A state-of-the-art swimming pool and gymnasium are special
